It was established in 1987 with the aim of professionally responding to the rapidly increasing industry, field, equipment and process needs that emerged in parallel with the rapid development of the industry in Turkey.

Over time, our company focused on the transfer of fluids in production areas; Vogelsang, Versa-Matic, Suma, PCM, Tuthill or Esselent Solutions, each of which is the world leader in its field, carries out the distributorship of high-tech industrial machinery and equipment manufacturers in Turkey.

While we carry out our production by developing special designs for the application point in line with customer needs, we offer the engineering services you need, including spare parts supply, training and after-sales services, with high quality assurance, with our special products and many sectors we address.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Graduated from Mechanical / Environmental / Industrial Engineering or Business Administration departments of universities,
  • Min. 5 years of overseas sales management experience, preferably in the machinery and equipment industry,
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English plus preferably other advantageous languages; German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills,
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP programs,
  • Having the ability to adapt and work as a team,
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Able to adapt to dynamic working environments,
  • Result oriented, with analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Customer oriented, proactive, constructive, positive approach, willing to learn,
  • Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction,
  • Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • To prepare short and long term sales strategies and sales plans.
  • Planning in line with company sales policies and strategies to achieve departmental and individual goals.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and profits,
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for the Assistant General Manager.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities, new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships.
  • Organizing visits to markets and customers where it is responsible for conducting market research.
  • To follow the product range, price level and ongoing campaigns of the competitors, to make the necessary analyzes and counter actions.
  • To determine the sale of new products and projects at acceptable prices that will increase our effectiveness and penetration in the market.
  • Proactively developing sales plans, making profit-loss analyzes of customer-based projects, and taking necessary actions to meet and exceed business targets.
  • To monitor the sales amount, turnover and gross profit margin for international sales and to create annual and monthly financial plans for implementation.
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to assist Senior Management in making strategic decisions.
  • Carrying out activities to improve the performance of existing products and services.
  • To ensure the necessary coordination with the relevant departments during the project process and to report the risks.
  • Analyzing and tracking changes in customer orders,
  • Providing in-depth technical support by evaluating customer needs with the technical sales support team.
  • Actively promoting company solutions, products and values by participating in various international events (fairs, seminars, in-house events, etc.).
