Sales Executive – Concrete And/Or Cement

Qualifications

• Engineering background (undergraduate and/or graduate degree) is an important plus,

• 5 years and above experience, especially in construction industry,

• Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry is an asset,

• Installation, service, engineering or commissioning experience is an asset,

• Team management experience is a must,

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities,

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills,

• Good financial understanding,

• Having a valid driving license & no restriction for travelling

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing/leading all commercial plans of the assigned territory with her/his team in order to obtain product revenue and margin results,

• Defining the needs of the domestic market in order to attain the sales targets and develop necessary action plans

• Being a good coach for the sales team and supporting them on the field in order to increase collaboration and motivation,

• Focusing on achieving revenue goals, developing a pipeline of opportunities, maximizing the services value of the company to customers
