Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Engineer

We are now looking for an Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Engineer who has the following qualifications to work in our  Technology and Investment Department in our factory operating in Sakarya.

The ideal candidate should have…

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in industrial facilities,
• Preferably worked with melting furnaces, natural gas combustion systems,
• Having command of electrical projects, planning and managing the design, assembly and disassembly works,
• Competent in automation systems with PLC,
• Programming in at least one of Siemens TIA Portal or Honeywell HC900 series PLCs
• Experienced in drive parameterization and commissioning,
• Preferably worked with ABB drives,
• Having knowledge of MCC panels, performing maintenance and troubleshooting operations on these panels,
• Able to read Electrical Project and plan maintenance,
• Experienced in medium and low voltage power systems,
• Preferably with High Voltage Operation Responsibility Certificate,
• Preferably have knowledge of Transformer maintenance operations,
• Knowledge of TPM applications such as 5S, Kaizen, Continuous Development Culture,
• Improved problem-solving skills and has high communication skills,
• Able to use AutoCAD and MS Office programs,
• Excellent command of English,
• Knowing the Occupational Health and Safety practices in maintenance,
• Experienced about LOTO Applications,
• Having B type driving license and active driver
• Willing to improve themselves and their team
• Resident or able to reside in Sakarya
• No travel restrictions

This position will be carrying out…

• To extend the life of the equipment by performing timely/correct and high-quality maintenance on all equipment or machines working in the factory for which it is responsible; monitor equipment performance
• Ensuring the compliance of expenses and purchase requests according to the budget by ensuring the preparation of the maintenance expense and purchasing budget,
• To follow up the use and supply of critical spare parts,
• To plan all kinds of maintenance activities in order to reduce system downtime, to ensure the transfer of technological developments and good practices,
• To make the necessary preparations for accidental and planned stops, To carry out the necessary controls at every stage of the implementation in order to preserve the validity of the prepared plans,
• To develop and implement systems and methods for the diagnosis and elimination of faults in a short time. To ensure that permanent measures are taken by investigating the real causes of continuous malfunctions,
• To ensure that the revisions are planned and carried out in a minimum time,
• Ensuring that the maximum-minimum stock levels are updated in order to keep spare materials in accordance with the targets determined at the warehouse stock level and that the critical spare part demands are fulfilled in accordance with the targets.
• Ensuring the planning and implementation of energy saving activities, giving new suggestions in this regard.
• To work to increase the technical capabilities of the team, to create internal opportunities and to seek external resources if necessary.
