QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering.
• Having at least 8-10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Must have fluent English. (additional German knowledge is an advantage)
• Very good command of Microsoft Office & SAP.
• Advanced leadership skills.
• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Experience and success in working within multinational teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead, motivate and develop Logistics and Purchasing & Procurement teams.
• Manage all purchasing processes in line with the company procedures and supplier & raw material approval requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, perform and monitor the sourcing of raw materials, ensuring supply needs of the company at the lowest cost, with the highest quality at the right time.
• Control the adequacy of supplies of purchased materials.
• Search, select and maintain strategic and reliable suppliers and built long term business relationships and partnerships.
• Lead the material cheapening, localization and alternative supplier works.
• Conduct audits to local and global suppliers, together with Central Purchasing and Quality.
• Install and conduct a supplier rating.
• Support Central Purchasing in all different supplier issues.
• Manage and maintain material supply in accordance with the material requirement planning and production plan.
• Control and plan the right determined inventory level.
• Manage the supply of consumable needs such as chemicals, occupational safety equipment, personnel clothes, etc.
• Manage and maintain all operations within the warehouse.
• Manage and maintain all export, import, and shipping activities of the company.
