Business Development & Export Operations Specialist

We are looking for a team member to join our company operating in the defense industry, supporting our growth in the European and Ukrainian markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing the international customer portfolio and managing existing business relationships
• End-to-end management of quotation, contract, and order processes
• Coordination of international shipment operations (determining delivery terms under Incoterms 2020 rules, customs documentation, freight, and insurance processes)
• Execution of export regulations and logistics follow-up
• Participation in international trade fairs, customer visits, and technical meetings abroad

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or other regulated industries
• Advanced English (written and verbal, at negotiation level) — mandatory
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong command of Incoterms, export documentation, and international logistics
• No restrictions on international travel
• Completed or exempt from military service (due to defense industry security requirements)
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and active driver
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
