We are looking for IFS Executive to take part in Alapala Holding in Yeşilköy, İstanbul.

What Do We Expect From You ?

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar departments of universities,
• Actively worked with the IFS ERP program and has knowledge of IFS software,
• Having knowledge of IFS Production, MRP and Finance processes,
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Preferably have experience in the Machinery Manufacturing Industry,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Male candidates must have completed military service

What Will We Do Together ?

• Managing the IFS ERP integration project, coordinating the outsourcing work
• Projecting and implementing the information systems development / implementation plans approved and budgeted by the Management.
• Determining the development and change expectations of the business units in the ERP system, software and application areas
• Researching, identifying and solving solutions and technologies that will meet the expectations of business units
• Analyzing and documenting business processes in terms of IFS ERP system compliance
• Managing test and live system transition processes in ERP, other software and applications
• Providing consultancy and support to business units in ERP, other software and applications
• Organizing user trainings on ERP developments and following the trainings
• Coordinating the work by giving directions to outsource software companies / application consultants on the design, software development, adaptation of ERP, other software and applications
• Identifying and solving problems and malfunctions related to ERP, other software and applications; Searching for outsourcing solutions for unsolved issues
• Analyzing the IFS needs, creating the annual needs list according to the subjects and creating the time plan
