We are recruiting a Quality Management Engineer, reporting to the Head of Quality Management expected to contribute to the success of Instrument Transformer Factory.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determining the activities to be implemented in line with the management systems implemented in the organization or the changes in the existing management systems.
• Organizing audit activities in line with the applied management systems, reporting and auditing the results.
• Preparing the activity plans, to provide information / training to the relevant departments, to support the realization of the activities and to ensure that the new management system and / or changes are put into use.
• Determining the Management Systems trainings in terms of organization needs and inform the Human Resources Department, to participate in Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety trainings as an internal trainer.
• Examining the Management Systems documents before publishing them and getting them approved.
• Performing statistical studies related to the organization's strategy and objectives.
• Organizing certification activities. Keeping the documentation up to date. Establishing management system documentations.
• Managing teamwork and increasing its effectiveness.
• Ensuring coordination with the relevant departments in order to initiate process improvement studies in line with their needs and assessments.
• Reviewing the process flow charts with the relevant departments, to make the necessary revisions, to follow the performances of the processes, to initiate corrective action in case of negativities.
• Organizing and coordinating of national and international product approval.
• Monitoring of national and international regulations, laws, standards, specifications to be followed up and updated when necessary.
• Contributing to the preparation of the items that will be inputs and outputs for the management review activities.
• Organizing and participating in internal and external audits.
• Planning of corrective and preventive actions in terms of product and/or management system needs.
• Following up the product complaints reported by the customers and to ensure that they are notified to the customers.
• Establishing a tracking system to ensure that the devices used for measurement purposes within the company are used as calibrated and to ensure that their calibrations and verifications are carried out.
• Contributing to the organization of emergency drills.
• Participating in Quality Environment Occupational Safety trainings when necessary.
• Joining the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
• Playing an active role in measuring customer satisfaction and to carry out analysis studies.
• Making the TQM - Total Quality Management Self-Assessment plan, implementing and following up the self-assessment, and sharing the results with all employees.
• Complying with the Company's Management Systems (Quality, Environment and OHS) policies, carrying out its activities in accordance with these policies,
• Using the relevant personal protective equipment in the dangerous places determined in the workplace,
• Reporting accidents and dangerous situations in the workplace to the relevant units,
• Complying to all safety regulations in the workplace,
• Organizing and conducting ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 accreditation scope activities.
• Carrying out factory performance measurement studies on a monthly basis.
• Organizing monthly meetings where performance results (production, deadline, shipment) are evaluated.
• Organizing process development activities.
• Determining the requirements of laboratories within the scope of accreditation and to carry out activities to maintain the requirements.
• Maintaining the necessary activities for international certifications.
• Identification and follow-up of equipment subject to calibration.
• Planning corrective and preventive actions to eliminate internal and external non-compliances.
• Ensuring the preparation of product scrap reports.
• Ensuring the preparation of in-house performance reports (OEE, OTD, etc.).
• Contributing to in-house continuous development activities (Lean-Lean, 6 Sigma).
• Determining the electrical and mechanical test requirements of the products and participating in national or international tests when necessary.
• Participating in FAT (Customer receptions) and accompanying customers.
• Monitoring department goals and performances.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS of Engineering (Electrical, Automation and Control, Electronics and related) 
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
• High level knowledge about management system

• At least 5 years of experience as an engineer in management system activities.
• Competencies of Electrical Engineering in terms of management systems.
• SAP, MS Office Proficient.

• Good relationship and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organization.
• Strong initiative and professional demeanor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
