QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
To be assigned to our company, which is a leader in its sector;
- Graduated from Universities which have programs in Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
- Experienced in Wage Management and Payrolling, Job Evaluation, Training Management, Performance Management and Career Management,
- Able to use advanced MS Office programs and especially Excel very well,
- Preferably who has attended a certificate program in the field of Human Resources,
- Advanced English skills,
- Careful and meticulous in business follow-up,
- Able to develop alternatives and work solution and result oriented,
- Have analysis, organization and reporting skills,
- Managed a team, had good communication skills,
- Able to adapt to innovation and change,
- Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
We are looking for an "Organizational Development and HR Solutions Manager".
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To carry out studies on determining and revising the wages of employees within the scope of the Wage Management System,
- Participating in wage research,
- To carry out wage increase scenarios as a basis for wage increases,
- Leading the payroll team,
- Carrying out budget studies,
- Conducting a "Training Needs Analysis" within the scope of the education management process, focusing on professional and personal development.
- To prepare the annual training plan and budget,
- Ensuring that trainings are organized by contacting training companies and/or educators,
- Your individual performance; To carry out efforts to reward people in line with the reward/bonus procedure.
- Conducting job evaluation studies,
- Within the scope of the Career Management System, to identify personnel with potential to be included in the career pool and to carry out development planning studies.
- Analyzing and evaluating the suitability of promotion requests from departments during promotion periods,
- To manage and follow the appointment processes of approved promotions,
- To ensure that career rotations are carried out in line with career plans and maps.
- Ensuring the creation of KPIs (critical performance indicators) and targets on department and individual basis within the scope of the Performance Management System.
- To ensure that the performance evaluation system is implemented for the period in question.
- Managing the process of conducting feedback interviews,
- Preparing and presenting performance evaluation reports,
- Carrying out analysis and planning studies to use the results from the performance system as input in other Human Resources processes.
- Within the scope of Employee Experience and Loyalty, conducting loyalty surveys, focus group studies and implementing process-related development activities.
