Transportation Manager

We are looking for a  “Transportation Manager” with the qualifications to join our Operations Department; 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering),
• Fluent in English,
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in transport operations.
• Strong communication and people management skills being able to cultivate strong business relationships on multiple levels,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Military obligation must be completed for male candidates,
• Willingness to travel internationally within the requirements of the position.

İŞ TANIMI

• Establish quality transportation services.
• Develop partnerships with outside carriers in transportation.
• Plan and implement budgets.
• Manage performance of branch supervisors with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Lead all distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities.
• Interview and train dispatch supervisors.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities.
• Familiarirty of all transport legislation and procedures to ensure company compliance.
