Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a brand management role, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish and strong communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and digital tools for virtual event management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence in Marketing Campaigns:

  • Facilitate the operational aspects of global and local marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work with global teams to streamline marketing operations and enhance campaign performance.

o Marketing Materials Management:

  • Oversee the logistics and distribution of marketing materials, maintaining inventory control and ensuring materials are in line with brand standards.
  • Implement systems for tracking the effectiveness and distribution of marketing collateral.

o Digital Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Oversee the development and dissemination of engaging digital content across social media platforms and the company website, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor the reach and engagement of digital content, using insights to refine and enhance digital communication strategies.

Event and Training Logistics:

  • Coordinate the operational logistics for local and international training sessions and events, ensuring high-level execution and attendee satisfaction.
  • Support the organization of medical education events, managing logistics from planning to execution.

Marketing Support and Analysis:

  • Assist in the development of presentations and reports that communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, incorporating market insights and performance data.
  • Analyze marketing activities to assess their impact on sales performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Managing Director to create impactful presentations for various purposes, including Management Operating Reviews (MOR), business reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist in gathering data, market insights, and performance metrics to incorporate into presentations.
  • Ensure presentations are visually engaging, professional, and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Contribute to delivering compelling messages and storytelling through presentations to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.

o Vendor and Budget Management:

  •  Manage relationships with vendors, overseeing the procurement and invoicing process to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Contribute to budget planning and monitoring, optimizing marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.

With a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness, you will collaborate closely with the Global Business Unit Manager, supporting the planning, coordination, and analysis of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a brand management/marketing operations role.
