QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Reporting to OD Manager, 
  • Supporting Compensation & Benefits functions such as Annual Sales Review, promotions, incentives, spot salary determination for Head Office & Stores, etc., 
  • Managing organizational changes and reorganizations, 
  • Preparing headcount budget & following up, 
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports & presentations regarding C&B issues, 
  • Preparing HR department budget, 
  • Designing incentive scheme, 
  • Own, plan, and deliver defined projects within the Organizational Development team 
  • Establishing a KPI based performance management system, 
  • Developing the HRIS system, 
  • Updating job descriptions, 
  • Preparing & developing HR documentation (processes and policies through procedures), 
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customized HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering), 
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR Department with leading OD or C&B projects, 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
  • Experience working within an organizational development department, analyzing numeric data, and providing robust output for the business, 
  • Experience in project management, 
  • Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required, 
  • Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills, 
  • Experience in project-related work, ideally in a team leader capacity, 
  • Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills.
