QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Have at least 5-7 years of experience in related fields (food category).
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent command in English in both written & spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications.
• Must be strong on execution, have analytical skills and be pro-active.
• Must be able to build relationships with people across the business (internally & externally).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop strong and effective process aligned with company needs.
• Develop strong relationship with suppliers & improve their service along with market abilities.
• Set skilled negotiation with supplier in order to gain saving and create positive impact for business.
• Follow up markets price trends and report best pricing estimate for annual planning and business.
• Develop cost models with suppliers to enable cover transparency.
• Verifying supplier compliance, audits required date as integral part of negotiation.
• Building and leading whole infrastructure for successful negotiation with supplier.
• Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings.
• Develop sustainability strategy with suppliers and support building global portfolio road map.
• Closely follow up market movements to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods.
• Following and analyzing the market trends and align with portfolio teams on the strategy and further requirements from supplier.
