Qualifications

• University degree

• Have at least 1-2 years of import operations experience.(Experience in Food or FMCG industry is an asset)
• Experience in import transaction, stock control and management, 3PL companies such as vendors, warehouses, forwarders.
• Fluency in English in both written & spoken.
• An analytical mind with result oriented work style
• Good computer knowledge
• Eager to be a part of an effective teamwork
• Ability to work an a fast paced environment with long working hours

Job Description 

• Reporting process performance, developing preventive actions to provide contuining operation’s goals if necessary 
• Managing foreign transportation processes between the third party firms and related departments
• Following and managing import processes via customs consultancy firms 
• Close follow up on custom legislations,Inco terms & requirements for importing materials and goods.
• Monitoring the performance of international vendors and maintain relationships between customs brokers & bounded warehouses.
