Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist/Senior Financial Analyst to be assigned to the Financial Planning and Controlling Department at Balparmak’s Head Office located in Çekmeköy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Such as Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.)
• 2–5 years of work experience, preferably in Big 4, FMCG, QSR, retail or manufacturing industries
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, problem-solving and decision-making skills,
• Strong communication, coordination and team-oriented mindset
• Result oriented  with a strong sense of responsibility
• SAP and advanced Microcost Excel skills are required, experience with Power BI is highly appreciated
• CPA qualification or candidates who have initiated the CPA qualification process are preferred.
• Solid experience in EBITDA analysis and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS is an asset.
• Prior experience in R&D is considered a strong advantage
• Active AI User

Job Description:

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.
• Participate in preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial models
• Analyze and interpret deviations in OPEX and CAPEX accounts by comparing monthly actual results with budgets and prior periods
• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze purchasing efficiency, inventory performance, and perform deep dive analysis on COGS
• Go beyond updating existing financial reports, actively developing new reporting solutions based on business needs
• Integrating all financial reports into Power BI dashboard
• Making analysis between standard and actual unit cost
• Implement PVM Analysis ( Price Volume Mix ) on unit cost of good sold and sales
• Enhance productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Maintaining high data quality by challenging and validating accuracy of provided data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and  meet strict deadlines
• Evaluating investment opportunities through feasibility studies and ROI analyses
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Promote a value-driven reporting mindset by questioning business needs before creating new reports
