Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our operational consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical young professional who wants to grow within aninternational, fast-growing, and dynamicorganization with strong career development opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources
• Review commercial conditions and identify discrepancies in calculations
• Investigate and detect potential sources of revenue leakage
• Recommend operational improvements and support process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with management and IT teams on new processes and operational enhancements
• Prepare and present detailed reports for upper management
• Review contracts, commercial agreements, invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Analyze client financial information to identify potential recovery opportunities
• Communicate directly with vendors during the claim management process
• Follow up with vendors to ensure successful collection and resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (medium complexity level)
• Knowledge of SQL (any dialect)
• Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Understanding of purchasing and procurement business processes, preferably within the retail industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage priorities and meet client expectations
• Innovative, strategic, and open-minded approach to work
