Job description

We are looking for Team Managers in Bursa, Kocaeli or İstanbul, who will ensure the project´s successful progress by anticipating the workload, adjusting the necessary Human Resources on projects, and giving support in terms of tools, information and processes.

Responsibilities; 

• Support the starting of the won projects by being responsible of the customer kick-off
• Give recommendations on projects in order to ensure their success
• Assess the workload and activities of the consultants working on the project
• Participate in the trigger of Pre-Sales Direction and in response for tender as an expert on specific technical or functional field of expertise
• Follow up on project (methodology, tools, quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction) and establishing project performance indicators
• Handle and create human resources needs for the necessity of the Business Unit (responsible from the start to the end of the process)
• Handle career advancement of the members of the team
• Prepare technical questions for interviews plus resume analyzing
• Follow up contractual conditions on ongoing projects and his/her own projects
• Handle his/her own P&L and his/her own forecasts by updating his/her projects
• Ensure profitability of his/her own committed project
• Help Consultants on technical aspects on their ongoing projects as an advisor
• Animate and drive consultant team towards actions
• Inform the team about the Group strategy
• Ensure communication with the stakeholders
• Participate in the coordination of several projects
• Act as a key point of contact on the human resources and tools and processes at an international level (HR coaching, Mobility, Career Committee related topics)
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer on his/her projects
• Handle his/her own invoicing process (Reception and validation of purchase order, follow up on what has been done, customer recovery)

Requirements; 

• 4 to 8 years of experience,
• Experience with Project, Team Management, HR, Finance or Business Development,
• Experience as Team Leader is must,
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues, 
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines, 
• Strong decision-making and communication skills,
