Essential Responsibilities

To lead nominated projects.

To obtain communication with departments of unit, drive action & recovery plans, customers, partners, contractors.

To make technical and commercial follow-up of the projects from kick-off to closure.

To ensure that all risks and issues are identified and reported accordingly.

To ensure customer satisfaction ( one of the most important role)

To control / manage on time customer documentation, technical drawings, customer approvals, etc.

Project Execution tools to be filled and reported timely

Aware of the companies internal and external policies, rules and standards.

Coaching, supporting and monitoring the team and area of responsibility.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

At least 10 years of experience in Development

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Leadership.

Advanced level in English ( speaking and writing)

German / Dutch is a plus.

Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Experienced at Scrum and Agile methodologies.

It is a plus to have a working experience at abroad.

Preferably have a working history in the service sector as a waiter. ( that would be a priority)

Preferable that having a pet.
