Legal Affairs Manager

Anadolu Efes

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited law school in Turkey (Candidate having LLM degree will be treated as advantage),
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in corporate and contract law, particularly in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and license/distribution arrangements,
• Previous experience working in the legal department of an international organization will be treated as advantage,
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Turkish and international contract law,
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle external dealings,
• Experience in contributing as a team member across international legal/business projects,
• Outstanding people skills and ability to build strong networks to effectively drive efficiency across the business.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure compliance of Anadolu Efes with legislative and contractual requirements,
• Provide support in M&A, joint venture and expansion projects,
• Provide support to HQ functions and for certain issues to Efes Countries by drafting/reviewing contracts, participating in negotiations and by giving legal advice on various issues,
• Provide support in legal processes for company establishment/liquidation,
• Ensure coordination and cooperation among Country legal functions,
• Cascade Group-wide best practices,
• Support Group Ethics Officer on compliance matters.
