QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree,
- Min. 2 years experience preferably in FMCG sector (incl. Dealers/Distributors),
- Min 2 years Panorama SFA System Experience in Sales
- Attention to Details
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Min Intermediate in English
- Advanced MS Office skills,
- No travel restriction
Job Description:
- Centralized Definitions Management
- Test and Implement Promotions/Discounts Definitions in Sales Systems like Panorama, SAP, etc.
- Collaborate with Finance and Trade Marketing to track price changes and implement them to necessary sales systems
- Track new products and code changes with related departments and reflects them Panorama system
- Manage product/channel/sales team matrix to define correct sales matrix in the Panorama system
- Track and implement distributor/dialer changes and takeover processes in the sales systems
- Implement store takeover processes to track sales historically and correctly in sales systems
- Track sales team’s mobile hardware inventory and manage MDM solutions for standardization
- Implement Sales Processes for Business Needs to Field Sales Team via Sales Systems
- Create surveys to collect and track POP, POS, physical inventory data from stores
- Create messages to sales team and stores to inform about the business opportunities
- Build barcode-based tracking systems between Panorama and SAP
- Update store segments according to trade and business rules which are defined with stakeholders like trade marketing, marketing, sales, sales development, etc.
- Track In-Store Execution projects via agencies and 3rd parties
- Track special stores ordering and messaging platforms
- Implement and track customer profile survey via sales systems
- Support Distributors, Dialers and Field Sales Team
- Collaborate with distributors, dealers and field sales team to define the best way of each sales processes to create max efficiency
- Support Distributors, Dialers and Field Sales Team in daily operation as a responsible of sales technologies
- Collect development needs from stakeholders and manage Vendors to implement them due to the business priorities
- Train & create guides for Distributors, Dialers and Field Sales Team to show the best & correct way of working
- Implement User Acceptance Tests for sales systems in test platforms before go-live
- Track access and right policies for all users and manage daily exceptions
- Track data integration between Panorama and SAP to create max accuracy
- Implement deliveryman module for telesales
- Ensure doing his/her tasks according to all sectoral law and legislations and competition regulations.
- Support other SFA tools’ implementation project as a power user/admin
