• Bachelor degree in Management Sciences / Engineering / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics,
• 5+ years experience in revenue growth management, pricing, commercial finance fields,
• Excellent analytical skills, including advance experience using Excel,
• Ability to make decisions with conflicting and incomplete data from multiple sources,
• Experience of playing a key role in analytical projects,
• Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills.

İŞ TANIMI

Campaign and Promotions Supervisor will be an integral part of the PRGM (Profitable Revenue Growth Management) department. This role will be responsible for maximizing company revenues through smart campaign and promotions while considering industry facts, targeting to strengthen competitiveness and sustainable performance.

We are looking for a team member who is analytical, creative, and innovative but most importantly can use data to drive to decisions. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of the beer market and develop revenue growth and promo strategies to increase revenues profitably through cross functional co-operation with sales, marketing, planning and finance teams.

This role will directly report to the Manager of PRGM department.

• The key role of the Campaign and Promo(discounts) Executive is to create and implement clear discounts strategies (by channel, regions, brands and SKUs) that will enable the business to maximize profit margins from sales whilst continuing to drive growth,
• The responsibilities include: communication of the discount strategies and lead of the implementation plans development and ensure that these are being effectively executed in all channels/regions. As well as Reporting and Analysis, various tools creation,
• This role is in charge to organize and manage the (promo) discounting process, trainings, methods and tools. She/He is responsible for proper and in time market benchmarking in order to reach high competitiveness and maximize profitability,
• (Promo) discounts efficiency tracking is also a part of this role’s responsibility: to define approach, realize the analysis, monitor the execution, find out gaps & learning and lead the company for continuous increase in productivity,
• Lead to set governance principles and tools to ensure discounts compliance with BP targets,
• The role also provides cross-functional support (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Planning) in performance tracking, expertize, evaluations, scenario analysis and ad-hoc requests.
