Job Description

• Design IT strategy based upon company’s needs and plan.

• Developing a structure for application management, functional and technical maintenance.
• Developing network/data security and policies.
• Planning & controlling maintenance of user devices and office equipment.
• Installing, configuring and organizing all IT systems and network components.
• Leading of IT-related projects e.g. the implementation of a CRM system.
• Monitoring IT policies, procedures, work processes and external IT providers.
• Supporting the employees in technical questions.
• Documentation and backup of internal IT processes.
• Realization and documentation of internal IT projects both software and hardware implementations, updates or enlargements of the IT scenery

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Linux Operating Systems and Services.
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of virtualization technology such as KVM is a big plus.
• Technical edge in understanding the architecture and differences of digital solutions and innovations.
• Experience in management of corporate web page.
• Agile mindset and design-thinking practitioner.
