MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models in line with the BIM Execution Plan based on 2D AutoCAD files and/or Revit models received at LOD 300 or below; generate shop drawings from the BIM model in accordance with drawing standards and criteria defined by the responsible engineer, and prepare them for approval.
- Prepare detailed section views, elevations, and fabrication-level drawings when required.
- Create new Revit families or edit existing ones based on project-specific needs.
- Contribute to the LOD 500 COBie documentation and data integration processes.
- Collaborate with the responsible engineer to develop a work plan for BIM model production and shop drawing delivery; report progress on a daily or weekly basis in alignment with the agreed plan.
IDEAL PROFILE
- Graduated from a 2-year university program or a technical/vocational school.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in large-scale superstructure projects involving electrical installations, BIM, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Solid hands-on experience in BIM-based projects, from concept to completion — including clash-free shop drawings, model approvals, and coordination with clients and consultants.
- Ability to develop and follow a plan aligned with the shop drawing list and report BIM model progress numerically via MS Excel to the related engineers.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks at an advanced level.
- In-depth experience in managing model development processes from LOD 400 to LOD 500.
- Capable of producing clash-free models, resolving conflicts independently, and implementing clash-free applications in the field.
- Skilled in 3D coordination of electrical systems with architectural and structural disciplines, providing optimized solutions.
- Experienced in quantity take-off and BOQ studies through Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Involved in the full lifecycle of shop drawing and BIM processes in large-scale projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in Revit Family creation and editing; capable of producing custom families based on project needs.
- Preferably experienced in Dynamo scripting for Revit automation tasks.
- Strong sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and a result-oriented working style.
