QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Muelink & Grol (short M&G) was founded in 1932.Ant Kalip (origin Istanbul, est. 1955) joins M&G in 2007. 
  • As an innovative partner in flue venting & ventilation solutionsis, Ant Kalıp runs its activities in Tuzla Birlik OSB.
  • It is a Netherlands-based company with 100% foreign capital.
  • The company produces combi chimneys, stainless pipes (single and double walled) and accessories.
  • It is a leading company in its sector in Turkey.
  • Working hours are between 07.00-17.00 on weekdays.
  • The food and service facilities are provided.
  • Public relief such as marriage and birth payments is provided.
  • There is a quarter salary bonus on religious holidays and a half salary bonus at the end of the year.

Job Description/Activities:

  • The making and changing of technical drawings (2D and 3D-CAD) for Commercial Requests
  • Giving technical support for these new and changed products
  • Several ERP-activities: creating article numbers, making BOM, attaching documents/drawings and finding information in SAP (where-used, etc.)
  • SAP knowledge is required.
  • Making all kinds of technical documents, i.e. STEP-files, render pictures etc.
  • Developing new concepts based on commercial requirements
  • Assist in developing the technical specifications based on these requirements
  • Take care of compliance of the product (using of DFMEA, DFM etc.)

General Qualifications:

  •  3D-CAD-drawing (f.e. Solid works)
  •  ERP systems (f.e. SAP)
  •  Material properties of plastics and metals
  •  Specific metal and plastics production techniques (i.e. machining, extrusion, inject molding etc.)
  •  Normalization for drawings, as is geometrics, tolerances etc.
  •  FMEA, DFM
  •  Have desing ability
  •  Have a sense  of visual aesthetics
  •  Have analytical intelligence
  •  Have drawing skills
  •  Technical Bachelor degree
  •  Advanced level of English
  •  No travel restrictions
  •  Note: Only applications in English will be considered.
