Aon is looking for an Associate Director – Financial Lines

As part of an industry-leading team, with your ambitious personality you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our Credit Solutions & Financial Lines department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications
·         Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field
·         Minimum 3 years experience in financial lines insurances (e.g. crime, professional liability, D&O, cyber risk)
·         Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations
·         Strong negotiation and communication skills
·         Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
·         Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional
·         For male candidates, military service must be completed

İŞ TANIMI

·  Execution of sales and marketing activities of the banker’s blanket, d&o, professional indemnity, cyber, political risk and surety products
·         Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
·         Visiting potential customers
·         Ensuring coordination of business processes with insurance companies
