Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT positions
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience with help desk support
  • Strong troubleshooting and solid problem-solving skills with proactive approach
  • Team player and strong in communication


 Job Description

  • Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident and request management processes
  • To administrate and solve incidents and requests assigned to the IT service desk
  • Provide remote support for end users when local support is not feasible
  • Getting the requests from users via ticketing system, solve them properly and register it into the ticketing system
  • Addresses and resolves basic incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility by creating ticket using Global Incident Management tool Service Now
  • Ensures that all incidents are progressed consistently according to their priority status
  • Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude
  • Setting up and configuring new laptops; Installing authorized software to laptops
  • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR and IT requirements
  • Ensuring security and maintenance upgrades are applied and kept up to date on laptops
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
