We are looking for a Quality assurance -Health and Safety Engineer
Aperam Services & Solutions Turkey recruits a highly qualified and motivated talent engineer who will take the responsibility of company’s health and safety, quality, environment management for its Gebze Plant and supporting the business to be recognized as a Safe, high quality service and Environmental responsible company by its stakeholders
The candidate will report hierarchically to the Plant Manager.
> Have a university degree preferably in mechanical, mechatronics, industrial, metallurgical or other related engineering fields
> Excellent command of English, French is a plus
> Good knowledge of MS office programs
> ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 knowledge and preferably internal auditor certificate
> No restriction to travel in and out of country
> No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
> B class driving license
> Resident in Gebze region or Istanbul Asian side
> Requires minimal supervision and has the ability to think independently and analyze situations easily
> Independently plans and carries out assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices
> Resolves commonly encountered work problems and deviations by exercising judgment in selecting appropriate instructions, policies, guidelines, or accepted practices
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills
> Creative and innovative
> Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
İŞ TANIMI
> Establishing, implementing and maintaining the integrated management system in accordance with SO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
> Ensure that the goals and requirements of the Company’s HSE Policy and associated Corporate and HQ Standards are achieved
> Monitor the implementation of safety and loss prevention plans
> Promote safe working environment attitudes among all personnel
> Conduct and coordinate required Health and Safety, quality, environment trainings
> Follow up environmental obligations
> Provide regular reports to senior management using TPM methodology
> Provides technical support to customers and follows customer claims
> Follow up of suppliers’ quality claims
> Prepares the preventative and corrective actions with respect to HSE and quality issues
>Involve in innovative projects
