We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Office Admin to be employed in our project office at Pendik İstanbul
- At least High School or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant,
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
Experience in facility management and multinational and diverse environment is preferred.
Integrity and professionalism,
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability ,
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, video conference systems and other tech products
Ability work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with result-oriented approach
İŞ TANIMI
- Greets, screens and directs visitors at Company sites to specific locations and offices.
- Answers and routes telephone calls, answers general questions, directs vendors and acts as focal for receipt and delivery of express packages.
- Follows and maintains lobby procedures.
- Issues badges and passes to visitors authorized to enter company property.
- Collect corporate business travel and related expense reports and maintain 100% receipt compliance verification.
- Supports administrative operations by performing various duties requiring knowledge of organization systems and procedures.
- Coordinates with management and other organization groups to resolve administrative issues.
- Performs data compilation, analysis, review and administrative tasks that support the operation of the organization.
- Communicates with staff for the purpose of booking conference/meeting rooms
- Orders and maintains office supplies
- Coordinates office maintenance work and cleaning services
- Works closely with the IT department when needed
