QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial functions,
- Having experience in sales and product management specifically in TV Business
- Knowledge of TV competitive market in EMENA Region (Germany, Spain, France and Balkan countries at center),
- Strong knowledge of business development initiatives and go-to-market strategies,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German/Spanish/French is a plus),
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,

Position is located in Sütlüce İstanbul.
Arçelik is looking for a Lead - TV Business Development who will work for EMENA - Business Development Team.
- Driving the overall TV business for branded and OEMs of the EMENA region,
- Creating business plans with relevant countries towards set long term targets and monitor accordingly,
- Being accountable for the sales and Private Label of the business unit for all relevant countries,
- Working closely with countries commercial teams as well as key HQ functions (marketing, product management, finance, supply chain, global customer care etc.) to develop and coordinate the commercial activities in line with internal capabilities,
- Working with factory and HQ PM to develop a pricing strategy for relevant markets and communicate the pricing status and developments with countries accordingly,
- Leading business development initiatives and go-to-market strategies with necessary actions and with agility,
- Being a key stakeholder of our long-term plans and processes for TV business,
- Creating extra value by best practices across the region and creating synergy,
- Being accountable to drive price positioning in Europe & MENA markets,
- Collecting &/ consolidating local customer needs and planning actions to enhance opportunities, managing execution with regional marketing & product teams,
- Creating a commercial TV community with the key stakeholders of each countries to agree a commercial, promotional and listing plan,
- Seeking for key European branded or private label deals for new business development opportunities,
- Pursuing the potentials, challenges in the markets in order to define the most efficient business method for growth.
