QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in system design and structural design for Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Costing, Profitability and system’s entegration processes,
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading teams,
- Having experience in Global Companies,
- Knowledge of business planning, process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, implementation, test, trainnig , support and change management,
- Knowledge of SAP ERP FI,CO, ABAP modüle and additionally MM,SD, PP experiences preffered,
- Having strategic approach to understand needs of the market & customer and stakeholder objectives & requirements,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills , also in English,
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Manager - Corporate Systems-Accounting who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.
- Gathering requirements from global business partners and planning, analysing, desingning ,implementing , monitoring and supporting using business analysis methodologies,
- Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies,
- Having a chance to work with local/global consultants,
- Leading and/or taking part in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs,
- Improving business processes by evaluating new technological alternatives and build associated scenario.
- Overseeing provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
- Working with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Managing financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
