QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical&Electronics or Industrial Engineering,
- Having experience in household or similar electrical appliances is a plus,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related area,
- General knowledge of automation and automated line concept,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- General knowledge of production process such as thermoforming, assembly, polyurethane, welding, sheet forming, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Production who will work for Eskişehir Refrigerator Directorate.
- Being responsible for assembly line production targets fulfilment such as production quantity, quality indicators and scrap ratios,
- Being responsible for implementation of new products or production system projects in assembly line,
- Defining and solving production and quality problems in short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools,
- Leading and/or participating assembly line maintanence activities and projects,
- Leading and/or participating line balancing, productivity improvement, new investment and equipment efficiency projects,
- Leading and/or participating in cost and process improvement projects in the assembly line,
- Following up new technologies about production and/or quality.
