QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
- Minimum 5 years experience in compliance, risk management, external or internal audit
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- General konowledge of planning and organization,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist – Risk Management who will work for Finance & Enterprise Risk Management Directorate.
- Assessing risks which involves analyzing as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business,
- Establishing and quantifying the organization’s 'risk appetite',
- Maintaining and reviewing of the risks, controls and action plans by consulting with staff across all functional areas,
- Reporting risk in an appropriate way for different audiences, board of directors, business heads and Risk Committee,
- Building risk awareness within the organization,
- Undertaking risk management projects.
