• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Having experience in production areas is a plus,
• Having experience in 6 sigma&TPM knowledge is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik is looking for an Engineer - Production (BMS/TV Assembly Line) who will work for Electronics Product Directorate.

• Responsible for assembly line production targets fulfilment such as production quantity, quality indicators and scrap ratios,
• Responsible for implementation of energy, enviroment and TPM projects in assembly line,
• Leading and/or participating assembly line maintanence actives and projects,
• Leading and/or participating line balancing, productivity improvement, new investment and equipment effiecency projects,
• Leading and/or participating in cost and process improvement projects in the assembly line
• Ensuring the manufacturing team has the technical capability to manufacture current & future products via training, coaching and mentoring
• Participating in new product projects
