How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Excellent describe the problem analytically
- Knowledge of ACAD drawings and 3D Modeling Software; Unigraphics,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,

The position is located in Çerkezköy
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Production who will join our team at Dryer Machine Product Directorate.
- Working actively in the production assembly line,
- Collect and analyze information, problem-solve and make decisions
- Analyzing the bottlenecks of assembly lines and solving the root causes
- Analyzing the product and work flow and to carry out and follow up improvement studies
- Tracking of expenses and investment budgets
- Following up and managing production KPIs, reducing costs, improving quality or increasing order fulfillment performance
- Managing and leading production investment projects, (capacity increase, continuity, quality improvement etc.)
