QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field,
- Having minimun 2 years of experience in sales, business development or a relevant role,
- C-Suite management experience is a plus,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communicationis always our priority.
Position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Commercial Growth who will join our team at Business Development (Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Americas) directorate.
- Making commercial follow-up on sales forecasts country & product basis. Diagnoses gaps and start the process to take actions on that,
- Managing and leading the process of department reportsi
- Organizing monthly video calls and track the actions,
- Having preparation for board meetings, budget and long term plan presentations,
- Making GFK and APPLIA database ownership.
