QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing is required and business analysis is preferred,
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM modules as a consultant or key user is preferred,
- Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Visio and MS Project are required),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for a new team member who will work for International Sales System Development team under Chief Commercial Officer International. In line with the global expansion strategies of Arçelik A.Ş., working with 25+
subsidiaries and more than 100 countries, the main responsibilities of the role will be;
- Being responsible for International Sales & Marketing processes in global Arçelik organization,
- To design the processes in International Sales & Marketing in line with targets and strategies of the company with a global point of view,
- To carry out activities for process improvement and monitoring in headquarter and subsidiaries,
- Setting global standards and managing the exceptions in processes in countries,
- To run change management activities within the International Sales & Marketing processes,
- Rapid Development of best practices (system & process wise),
- To adopt effective communication and collaboration with all business units for cross functional processes,
- To evaluate of the improvement suggestions coming from fields, coordinating required units and taking action,
- To cooperate with the key users in locations on effective usage and globalization of determined processes,
- To ensure high-quality documentation of processes,
- To function as a bridge between the business and IT for correct identification prioritization of requirements (changes/projects),
- Having good collaboration with IT resulting in effective use of resources,
- To consolidate training requirements for IT systems plans training and development activities in coordination with IT department,
- To travel abroad when necessary.
