QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related area in the technology industry with a proven track record of success,
- Having experience in product management is a plus,
- Strong interest in IoT and Smart Home business,
- Proven record of defining and delivering end-to-end product development process,
- Intense customer focus to drive change,
- Exceptional project management skills with great attention to detail,
- Managing a large group of internal and external stakeholders,
- Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or other related areas,
- Result oriented approach and hands-on management skills in an ambiguous environment,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Product Management (IoT and Business Development) who will join our team at Product Management team.,
- Working closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product group roadmaps
- Managing connected product development process from conception to launch,
- Innovating and developing connected products, features, services, and collaborations to grow sales, revenue and profitability of IoT business,
- Focusing on end to end excellence for new product and service development processes,
- Leading and coordinating cross functional international teams,
- Understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customers,
- Keeping track of IoT trends for business development opportunities,
- Analyzing and reporting trends, competition, and product benchmarks,
- Managing partner ecosystem for creating new services and business models,
- Continuously working to improve HomeWhiz product updates and customer experience,
- Preparing reports to monitor performance.
