JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik  is looking for a Specialist – Quality Coordination who will work for Global Customer Care Directorate.      

  • Designing systematic product quality Info-flow processes starting from product launch up to EOL of products.
  • Functioning as a bridge between the customers and factories globally for product base corrective actions,
  • Being a solution partner as highlighting, filtering, prioritizing and tracking the customer information making regular meetings with customers &factories,
  • Analysing, reporting service data and creating actions for quality &Service Call Rate improvement in line with related factories,
  • Carrying out Customer Care product experience for an input to NPI process.
