Specialist – R&D (Structural Design)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in part design , preferably oscillating and rotating parts,
• Experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling,Surface, Assembly),
• Solid knowledge in dynamic calculations, damping, suspension, mold design, reliability,
• Experience in development from idea to product, simulation analysis and conceptual design,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Sound knowledge in analysis tools preferably hypermesh,hypermotion,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,to  work in international enviroment,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist – R&D (Structural Design) who will work for  Washing Machine Product Directorate.

Main responsibilities will be;

• Realizing new part/project/product implementation activities,mainly dynamic parts
• Making conceptual designs, prototyping for related parts,
• Conducting research for design and producability of new parts, using simulations
• Realizing benchmark activities
• Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems (FMEA, 6Sigma, DFX etc.)
• Making cost improvement projects.
