QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus),
- Having experience in household or similar electrical appliances,
- Having experience in electrical safety and product certification
- Having experience with quality techniques such as FMEA, MTBF
- Having experience in reliability projects and analyse software’s and develop reliability projects,
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in related area,
- Having experience in 6 sigma projects and analysis software’s (6 Sigma Belts is plus),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Ankara
Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - R&D (Test & Verification) who will work for Dishwasher Directorate.
- Analysing research and development projects and determining related test specifications
- Managing execution and timely completion of related tests
- Developing test methods, conducting tests and preparing test reports
- Establishing test programs for product investigations, following the corrective action plans according to the test results
- Examining test samples for compliance with related inter/national standards and applying for required certification.
- Following the inter/national standard committees for Dishwasher and Household related standards
