Now we are looking for a team member joining us as “ Packaging and Labelling Designer” 

 Position Scope: The role guides to design process for our products from beginning to end.They conceptualize, design, and execute a prototype for attention-grabbing packaging materials, using design elements such as shape, color, graphics and typography to create packaging, labelling, product catalogues that is functional and appealing to customers and other business partners. It is the process of creating everything on the outside of a product that a consumer would buy at a store or online. 

What You Are Responsible For 

• Meeting with marketing and sales teams to discuss packaging specifications and confirm budgets.
  
• Evaluating market trends and analyzing similar packaging, labellingdesigns and selecting functional ideas and creating packaging mock-ups.
  
• Brainstorming packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software.
  
• Ensuring that packaging designs accurately represent the company’s brand and ethos.
  
• Identifying suitable packaging materials and conducting feasibility studies.
  
• Collaborating with the agency, graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging text and graphics.
  
• Completing final mock-up designs using computer modeling software.
  
• Presenting final designs to stakeholders and company managers.
  
• Provide advertising/graphic design assistance in key areas of Corporate, such as brochures, collateral, and logos.
  
• Work independently on projects, taking full ownership of the design, implementation, and the end product of the project.
  
• Develops layouts in support of the agency’s needs, including but not limited to, reports, PowerPoint presentations, posters, fact sheets, flyers, social media graphics, and displays.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, art, or a similar field.
  
• Min 2 years’ experience in creative agency background, experience in graphic design
  
• Marketing experience would be preferable.
  
• Creativity, enthusiasm, flexibility, and ability to meet deadlines and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
  
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work flow.
  
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite – including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Experience creating collateral for social media platforms.
  
• Some experience in UI/UX design software like Adobe XD and Sketch.
  
• Some experience with AutoCAD
  
• Comfort on both Mac and PC platforms.
  
• Portfolio of work (or a link to) must be submitted with application.
