We are looking for Product Manager who has below listed competences;

• University degree, (Preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Industrial Engineering graduates)
• Be on the cutting-edge of trends in Cosmetics and be an early adapter         
• Aim to have a career in Product Management field
• Minimum 2 year experience in product management/brand development in Cosmetics, FMCG company
• Proficiency in English
• Fluency in French is a plus
• Very good use of MS Office programs
• Team player and able to build cooperative working relationships, strong communication skills and presentation ability
• Analytical thinking and strong organisation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
• Result-oriented,
• No restrictions to travel
• Able to work flexible working hours
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Implementation of new product launches
• Give active support in developing the brand strategy, prepare the local brand plan based on the brand strategy and global brand plan by gathering the inputs from related functions
• Prepare sales forecast for products and P&L budget during budget period
• Execute marketing plans within allocated budget,
• Support to manage agencies
• Post evaluation of launches & activities
• Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, financial reports, market share trends and competitive activities
• Prepare tester orders
• Coordinate the distribution of samples and promotional products to the stores weekly
• Preparing first and second half year launch presentations
• Inventory and product return management in retailer side
