Junior Sales Representative – International Markets

The Arikan Group is an international group active in the sale of finished watches, jewelry, eyewear, and lifestyle accessories, trading since 1985 which operates out of facilities in Istanbul and Hong Kong.

The export division of Arikan Group deals with licensed brands such as LEE COOPER, SLAZENGER, and BHPC as well as their brands of QUANTUM, ESSENCE & WAINER (Swiss-Made). These brands together have reached more than 60+ countries on 6 continents.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to join our International Sales Team.

This role is designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in international sales. The successful candidate will support Regional Sales in daily operations, gain hands-on experience in export business, customer management, and global trade, while developing the skills required for future advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the International Sales Team in daily operational activities.
• Assist with customer communication and follow-up.
• Prepare customer documentation.
• Follow customer orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments including production, logistics, finance, and marketing.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Assist in preparing international exhibitions, customer visits, and online meetings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
• Support Regional Sales Managers in developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (new graduates are welcome).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to grow within an international sales environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
