We are looking for a qualified “ Spa Manager” for Cape Bodrum Beach Resort Hotel.
The ideal candidate should have: 

Qualifications

• Five (5) years spa supervising experience in an international standard spa
• Effective communication skills
• Relevant degree from an accredited university in Business, Hospitality or related major,
• Very good knowledge of the English language is mandatory – Further languages preferable,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills
• Result and solution oriented management style,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Advance level of team work and communication competencies.
• Direct operations of the facility, including short and long range strategic planning so that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals.
• Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to this position.
• Meet with group meeting planners to show spa facility and programs as required.
• Promote and sell customized spa programs to conference groups as required.
• Provide and take responsibility for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone and in person to all potential spa guests.
• Promote all hotel and spa packages and promotions.
• Identify new business and marketing opportunities.
• Supervise daily spa operations and liaise with department heads to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheld

• Manage the financial budget, control costs and prepare revenue and expense reports
• Ensure the spa’s operating procedures and policies manuals are implemented as required
• Supervise spa therapists and receptionists, answering queries and identify training needs
• Develop the therapists’ roster and assist the receptionist with the appointment schedule
• Ensure the spa’s operating procedures and policies manuals are implemented and updated as required
• Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu
• Reference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
• Manage client feedback
