QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Arvato Logistics is a leading international service provider operating in the field of supply chain management and e-commerce.

Our customers are primarily fashion, technology, cosmetics, health and consumer products; It consists of well-known brands operating in the retail and industrial sectors, as well as newly established medium-sized companies. We support our customers to grow their businesses with the B2B and B2C logistics services we offer in our warehouses.


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics sector or e-commerce sector,
  • Minimum 2 years of key account management experience,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (Advanced level of Excel is a must),
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Being innovative, detail-oriented and result-oriented,
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills,
  • Time management, planning and reporting skills,
  • Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative,
  • Analytical skills with a leadership approach and a good team player,
  • Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken,
  • Have an active driving license (Type B),
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers,
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of the customer,
  • Determining the needs, requests and complaints,
  • Coordinating the departments in order to ensure the continuity of the satisfaction for key customers,
  • Systematic follow-up and guidance for more effective management of logistics operations provided by Arvato,
  • Managing the contract process,
  • Analysing P&L for key customers,
  • Creating cross selling opportunities.
