Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or Finance
From one of the most reputable universities in Turkey or abroad
Minimum 5 years of professional experience preferably in a big audit firm or finance department of a multinational company
Proven track of financial / analytical experience
Strong communication skill, motivation and teamwork abilities
Ability to work under strict deadlines, result oriented
Ready to work in a flexible working hour and environment
Proficiency in English, German is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Finance Manager of the organization, the person will be responsible for the following: 
 
Responsible for the preparation publication of Managerial and IFRS BS and P&L, with projects and location breakdowns.
Coordination and publication of yearly, half-yearly and quarterly budget and forecasts.
Coordination of Accounting team for monthly and year-end closings.
Publication of Weekly Flash Reports to alert the management about possible early-action opportunities.
Organization of meetings with project leaders on a regular basis in order to be aware of possible future risks related with customers.
Department, project and personnel based cost controls.
Ad-hoc reports as requested by Management.
Built a reconciliation between statutory and IFRS accounts which streamlined the audit and control process relatively.
Publication of SAP-FC Packages for Global Consolidation.
First-line support on Internal & External Audit.
Setting pricing model of potential projects with Finance Manager and  working coordinately with Sales Department and presentation to Top Management
Preparing Interim Period Performance Report of the Company referring to related contracts with line manager
