The opportunity 

In order to continue making grow our activity in TURKEY, we are searching our future Country Operation Manager, located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Reporting to Euromed Operation Director, located in Istanbul 

As the Country Operation Manager, at the country scale you must deal both with administrative, operational management. 

You are responsible of the AQM TURKEY staff (inspectors, auditors, office staff). You have to ensure that the services provided by your team are performed following the company internal process and the customer’s requirements. 

You are in charge of the local implementation of the internal Continuous Assessment & Training program of the Company with your team. 

Being the Country Operation Manager, you are responsible of the efficiency of your teams, the good health of your budget and you will have to find optimizations to improve the service and keep your operational margins. 

Being full time located in Istanbul, you regularly travel within TURKEY to visit your teams and support our customers. 

You also have to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company procedures together with the other country managers.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Recruiting, training and managing the teams to insure the quality of the service as per AQM HR Policy 
• Managing the service request from customers or their suppliers (from the request reception to the delivery of the service report) 
• Advising customers on the best solution to implement 
• Avoiding any kind of corruption of your teams 
• Managing the claims and alerts to insure the customer satisfaction 
• Manage the administration of the office

You are

• Textile engineer or equivalent
  
• Experienced in the textile/apparel industry
• Fluent in English
• A skilled manager
• Enthusiastic, Reliable, Rigorous, Demanding
• Customer oriented
• Multi-tasking and Organized
• Computer skilled (Microsoft suite & usual softwares)
• Self organized and careful on details
