We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to be employed in our Tuzla/ Istanbul office reporting to the Managing Director.
 
Qualifications:

·         Executive board level business acumen & relationship management, analytical, team player

·         Graduated from related fields like computer engineering, industrial engineering etc.

·         Minimum 7 years’ domain experience

·         Analysis and design of business processes      

·         Experience in ERP project management and ERP implementation

·         Knowledge about planning and budgeting

·         Code development competence

·         Good command of English

·         PMP certificated candidates preferred

·         AXAPTA code development knowledge is preferred (in addition to SAP)

Job Description

·         Lead, develop end to end strategies and execute digital transformation and industry 4.0 activities for the company

·         Determine, plan and manage changes for ERP and CRM systems according to business needs

·         Report IT projects and support

·         Manage IT outsource resources

·         Help IT systems sustained

·         Create IT solutions for business needs

·         Prepare and follow IT and projects’ budgets

·         Manage risks for IT projects and systems

·         Manage Information security activities

·         Help to continue certification of ISO 27001
