JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and manage all required documentation for import and export operations.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and oversee the process through to successful delivery to customers.
• Maintain effective communication with customs brokers to ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in import and export legislation and ensure that all international trade activities comply with current regulations.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Production, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth execution of import and export operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes and systems by participating in and supporting related projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and delivery status, coordinating with internal departments as required to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor customer payments and coordinate with the Finance department regarding payment follow-up and related matters.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records and effectively utilize the company's CRM system.
• Perform other duties related to foreign trade operations as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in import, export, customs operations, and foreign trade legislation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
