QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Beyond its conventional call center functions, AssisTT is a contact center company that provides solutions in several areas such as sales and marketing, social media management and mailing to its customers. AssisTT continues to touch people and enhance its leadership position in the sector by running call centers all over Turkey and employing thousands of people.

Who Are We Looking For?


We are looking for a Solution Architect to join one of our customer project team to develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs. If you want/seek to work remote and can adopt to working hours will be from 6:00 p.m to 02:00 a.m on weekdays then you are the ONE whom we are looking for!

  • Graduated from related discipline
  • Min. 4+ years proven experience as a Solutions Architect/Software Developer/Operation experience in software projects
  • Knowledge of SQL programming and SQL Server
  • Experience in C# and MVC
  • AngularJS experience is a plus
  • WMS systems experience is a plus
  • Understanding of web services, restful architecture, and data structures like JSON and XML
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Well-developed learning skills and attitudes


What Do We Expect From You?? 

  • Working hours will be from 6:00 p.m to 02:00 a.m on weekdays,
  • Understand software related problems and apply appropriate solutions
  • Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
  • Analyze the technologies in use and participate to improve
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
  • Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
  • Be a part of the WMS product development, integrations, and customer support processes
  • Attend technical meetings with our customers when necessary
  • Work with a cross-functional remote team

More than 5 years of experience
