Import & Export SpecialistJoin Our Growing Manufacturing Team

As one of the leading companies in the renewable energy manufacturing industry, we are looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist to support our international logistics and foreign trade operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export, customs, logistics or international trade operations, preferably within a manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of Turkish Customs Legislation, Foreign Trade Regulations and international logistics processes.
• Experience in import/export documentation, customs declarations and customs clearance procedures.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, Certificates of Origin and international shipping documentation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and transportation companies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.
• Military service completed for male candidates.

Job Description

• Coordinate daily import and export operations for raw materials, machinery, spare parts and finished products.
• Prepare, review and monitor all import/export documentation in accordance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes with customs brokers and relevant government authorities.
• Work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely transportation and delivery.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Finance departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics or customs-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable foreign trade regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support cost optimization initiatives related to logistics and transportation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of import/export processes.
